This page contains a list of words that we have found have different meanings in the different countries where SIF has started to become popular. Please don't take this page too seriously and as with the glossary, we are going to leave this page open for editing by any logged in user. Please keep it clean :-).
If a word as two stars following it, you should really not get this one wrong in the other country or the person you are talking with will start to laugh at you (as in using the American word pants** for the British word trousers.
